Shipping policy

Customer’s can collect their order directly from the business address, 8 Harris Road, NN17 2GA.
All parcels upto 10 kg are shipped Royal Mail 1st class.
Parcels 10 kg and over are shipped via DPD Local.
Tracking is provided.
If an order requires a refund, the customer will also be refunded shipping costs.
Orders are shipped within 7 - 10 days
